Anyone been watching this? The footage looks really nice for TV, shot on Panavision Genesis.
Story is a bit slow burning, but you just don't know where it is going next. Not sure what I think of it, but it does look nice and the effects are very subtle. |

I watch it on 'Five on Demand' (online), so I can watch it anytime. Lifestyle does not permit the watching of series. This is the first show that I have watched from the beginning, in the last decade or so. I enjoy slow burning ideas, except for Lost, I hope it doesn't go the same way. Would be nice if it just lasted for a season or two and that was it. So I am wary of it.
It is nicely shot - typical American stylised TV - with all the British Actors...whats with that- Joseph Fiennes, Sonya Walger, Jack Davenport, Domonic Monaghan, Alex Kingston, Brian F. O'Byrne...there is nine credited. We are only up to episode four I think over here so we might be behind slightly. Like the concept though, its quite cool, although already the paranormal edge is being stripped away...personally hope it returns.

It's kept my interest so far. Hopefully it lasts long enough to tell its story. Apparently it's based on a book and departs from it pretty heavily.
