Default Pegasus Unveiled ... help choose the winner!

First of all, thanks so much to all who took the time to enter our little "Win a Pegasus" contest. We've finally taken the covers off the Pegasus system.

A few folks had expressed the desire to vote here, instead of joining our forum. To that end, JR was kind enough to allow a poll posted here. The challenge was to shoot a max 120 second commercial for a product that no one knew about....all they had was the name. To say that we're really impressed with the work is an understatement. We'll close down the polls on Monday and announce our winners.

Please check out the entries and vote!

Cheers,
Dennis.

Charles, we watched all the clips today as a team (with guests) and we all had a good laugh at this one. We certainly wouldn't have anticipated seeing animated versions of ourselves when we started up this gig!

We spent some time cleaning up code and optimizing the site to increase bandwidth last night, so hopefully everything has been streaming nicely. Yesterday was definitely a record setter in terms of bandwidth from our site.

Thanks again folks for taking the time to view the clips and vote :-)

Cheers,
Dennis Wood

Yeah very, got back to my house after having the heating off for 2 weeks; was freezing for about 2 days trying to heat up with one of those little fan heaters!

What did you generate the particles in? Was is from 2d app like particular or 3d such as fumefx?

Particle done in AE with Trapcode Form but it is a 3D plug so you can fly around with the camera. You can get some really cool FX with it, and you can link in to sound file too, Like the Radio Head video, Joy Division, & Fast Fourier Transforms, If yu look at the Background for the HardTalk program looks like that was done with it too.
