Sensor Cleaning

The 2/3 Scarlet will be my first interchangeable lens camera. I have seen a lot of people talk about liking the fixed because it won't ever let in dust and random debris like the interchangeable can. I have seen a few comments about fear of scratching the sensor. So what is the best maintenance for a camera with interchangeable lenses?
