Hundreds of people live in the hidden matrix of tunnels beneath the Las Vegas Strip.

You can find really good locations like this by googling urban exploration. Not sure how popular it is over in the states, but here in the UK it seems to be pretty popular.

I doubt anyone would really want to film in these tunnels though it looks a bit dark, and perhaps too small for a car, not as good as those other flood things you see all the car chases in, the, and why bother when the bright lights above would look much better, but an interesting story all the same.

Dark Days, is a pretty good documentary about the people that live underground in the NYC subways. They have thousands of people in that city living underground, it's really quite fascinating.
