Pinnacle Studio Movieboard £124, this looks like a nice little package (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Pinnacle-Studio-Movieboard-Ultimate-Collection-14-HD-/230559368645?pt=UK_Computing_Software_Software_SR&hash=item35ae68c5c5#ht_5993wt_873), as it comes with a few bits of software.

but no HDMI

I wonder what the best way to archive old analogue material, which is why I need the s-vhs cap, but was wondering/hoping I could hook up my DVD recorder as a pass though to HDMI for realtime upscale, but have a funny feeling the upscale may only work on playback of DVD?

Anyone know if they do?

Software alone has to be worth the money, HDV I have, portable or not portable HDMI & S recording I don't have.
But may get Intensity Pro Pci.
