Cool little project. The ground glass looks extremely weird and distracting though, based on the stills. Will have a look at the film later.

This looks nice, check it out later.

Also in the UK 'The Puffy Chair' is on tonight on Film4, a DVX100 film, it is classed as a mublecore film but don't let that put you off watching it ;)

Sorry, Mumblecore - typo.

It is a low-budget American filmmaking movement, dialog driven, you know the sort of thing, you sit their watching waiting for the movie to kick in and the jokes to start, but it never happens, then you ask yourself, why did I just watch a movie about a bunch of people taking rubbish, I can do that for real and actually have an intresting conversation at the same time.

Been away with family on a holiday, great break cutoff from technology in a mostly German complex on the Red Sea. My Ozzie brother-in-law summed it up in one sentence, 'An Egyptian speaking German to me, the dirty bastards.' :)

Joking aside, it was a great break, just at the right time from the big freeze, sitting on the Red Sea drinking and eating, with the odd reef snorkel.

Got a chance to go into the site, Jared is right very impressive stuff, loved teaser and trailer, and the bits of info on site, mainly this pdf:

That is nuts, but it works.
